Megan Severson

Megan Severson has been with Valley Design for almost 5 years. She gained her product knowledge by working in our Assembly department as a summer student before moving to the Customer Service Department. Megan’s hands-on experience contributes to her vast product knowledge and ability to quickly answer customer questions.
 
Megan enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, golfing, camping, and going to concerts. Her favorite Valley Design products are those that include the GenuFlip option, allowing customers to increase the flexibility and space saving benefits offered with our product line.

Pat Anderson

Pat Anderson has been with Valley Design for over 7 years. Pat joined Valley Design with a variety of customer service and sales experience in the insurance industry.
 
Pat’s free time is usually filled with spending time with his family and dog Nettie. Pat enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible with his daughter riding bikes or going fishing. Pat has been actively involved with the community as a member of the local fire department for the last 8 years. Pat is also originally from Wisconsin, so he enjoys cheering for the Green Bay Packers and the office camaraderie that goes between Vikings and Packers fans.

Tim Larson joined Valley Design in May of 2026, as our new National Sales Manager. In this role, Tim will support both our customers and sales team, bringing over 30 years of experience in sales and leadership.

Jeanette Stockman

Jeanette has been a dedicated member of the Valley Design team for 26 years. For the past 24 years, she has served in the critical role of Order Entry Specialist. Prior to stepping into this full-time position, Jeanette worked part-time evenings while spending her days raising her young children.
 
In her role, Jeanette plays an essential part in the company’s operations. She carefully reviews and processes customer orders to ensure they are handled accurately and efficiently. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality help guarantee that customers receive products that meet Valley Design’s high standards.
 
Outside of work, Jeanette treasures time with her family. She especially enjoys attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and cheering them on. During the summer months, she loves spending time outdoors and making the most of the warm weather.

Kristina Fishbaugher

Kristina has been a member of the Valley Design team for nearly 20 years. She began her journey in customer service, later advancing to Fulfillment Manager—a role she held for several years—before stepping into her current position as Marketing Manager. Her extensive experience across departments gives her a well-rounded perspective and deep understanding of the company's operations and values.
 
Outside of work, Kristina enjoys soaking up the sunshine and spending quality time with her family. What she loves most about Valley Design is its strong commitment to employee growth and its dedication to delivering the highest quality products and service to its customers.
