Every product that leaves Valley Design passes through the hands of a team focused on one thing: THE DETAILS. Our Quality Team plays a critical role in ensuring that each table base meets the expectations our customers rely on, from appearance and finish to overall consistency and craftsmanship.
The Team Behind the Work
The Valley Design Quality Team is made up of four experienced members who share a common goal: ensuring every product ships at the highest level of quality.
Christian – Quality Manager
The team is led by Christian, who has been with Valley Design since 2022. He works closely with each area of production to maintain standards and support ongoing improvements across the process.
Sarah – Quality Control Inspector
Sarah is deeply involved in ensuring new and custom products meet expectations from the start. She assists with first article inspections, supports quality assurance for new product introductions, and reviews both custom and sample orders. She also oversees the inspection of all chrome products received from our external plating partners to ensure they meet Valley Design standards before moving forward.
With 10 years of experience in the assembly area, Sarah brings a strong understanding of how products come together from build to final appearance to packaging. That experience allows her to identify issues early and help maintain consistency across finished products.
Karen & Tammy – Paint Line Quality Inspectors
Karen and Tammy focus on one of the most noticeable aspects of our products: the finish.
As Paint Line Quality Inspectors, they ensure that every painted product meets Valley Design’s standards for appearance, durability, and consistency before advancing to the next stage of production.
Together, they bring over 40 years of combined experience. Their attention to detail helps ensure that every product not only performs reliably but also meets the visual expectations of our customers.
