Leading the Customer Service team is Pat Anderson, Inside Sales Manager.

Pat works closely with customers to provide expert product guidance, develop customized quotes tailored to their unique needs, and ensure every interaction is positive from start to finish.
Supporting Pat is Customer Service Manager, Rachel Glende, and Customer Service Representative, Megan Severson, who provide responsive, day-to-day support to our valued customers.

They deliver timely answers to inquiries, assist with product selection, and guide customers through the ordering process. Their dedication helps every customer feel supported, informed, and confident in their choices.
Behind the scenes, Jeanette Stockman, Order Entry Specialist, ensures each order is meticulously processed after customer service review. Jeanette verifies part numbers, product details, and all critical information so that every purchase order is accurately converted into a Valley Design production order, ready for planning and fabrication.
