Few people know Valley Design from as many perspectives as Kristina Fishbaugher. She joined the company in July 2006 as a Customer Service Representative, bringing a background in administrative support and management from the corporate world.
While she was new to the powder coat and OEM base industries, she quickly developed an understanding of the products, processes, and customers that make up the business.
Throughout her time at Valley Design, Kristina has held several roles that have given her a unique perspective on the company. After starting as a Customer Service Representative, she advanced to Customer Service Manager and later took on the role of Fulfillment Manager, where she worked closely with the paint line, assembly teams, planning and order entry departments, and shipping department.
That experience gave Kristina a firsthand look at the many teams and processes that work together to bring Valley Design products to life. It also strengthened her appreciation for the people behind the products and the company’s commitment to employees, customers, and the community.
In her current position as Marketing Manager, she uses that knowledge to help share the Valley Design story. Her experience across multiple departments gives her a well-rounded understanding of the company’s operations, values, and the work that goes into every product.
Outside of work, Kristina enjoys soaking up the sunshine and spending quality time with her family.
Looking back on her journey with Valley Design, Kristina is grateful for the opportunity to grow alongside the company. What began as a job that fit the needs of her family became a fulfilling career and a place where she has built lasting relationships with coworkers who feel like family.
Her experience, perspective, and connection to Valley Design make Kristina a valuable part of the team and a great example of the people who help drive the company forward.
