Sander/Grinder

We are currently hiring for a sander within our fabrication operations, sanding department.

No experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidates.

Position Overview:
Responsibilities vary but may include a combination of the following:

• • • Perform surface finishing, sanding and polishing process of metal table base components to remove rough edges, burrs, weld marks, rust or scale on raw steel
    • Perform deburring process of removing sharp edges or excess material left from cutting, machining, or welding 
    • Use handheld grinder, belt sander, orbital sander or tube polishing machines
    • Inspecting table base components to complete fabrication process
    • Perform equipment maintenance such as belt removal and replacement
    • Follow blueprints, job orders, or specifications to achieve the required surface finish

    • Repetitive hand/arm motions
    • Attention to detail and quality
    • Ability to follow instructions and standardized processes
    • Basic computer skills for data entry
    • Strong work ethic and reliability

Pay: From $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Assembler

We are seeking Assemblers to join our team. No experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidates.

Position Overview:
As an Assembler, you will play a key role in assembling and packaging table base components for shipment. 

Responsibilities include:

• • • Assembling table base components according to specifications
    • Packaging finished products for shipment
    • Performing basic data entry 
    • Safely using and operating hand tools on a daily basis

What We’re Looking For:

• • • Attention to detail and quality
    • Ability to follow instructions and standardized processes
    • Basic computer skills for data entry
    • Strong work ethic and reliability
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Paint Line Staff

We are currently hiring for multiple entry-level roles within our paint line operations, including Product Hanger, Powder-Coat Painter, and Quality Control Inspector/Packager.

No experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidates.

Position Overview:
Responsibilities vary by role but may include a combination of the following:

• • • Inspecting and preparing table base components for the painting process
    • Hanging parts on a conveyorized paint line
    • Applying powder-coat finishes to table base components
    • Removing finished parts from the line and performing quality inspections
    • Packaging completed components for shipment

What We’re Looking For:

• • • Attention to detail and quality
    • Ability to follow instructions and standardized processes
    • Basic computer skills for data entry
    • Strong work ethic and reliability
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
