Product Growth & Innovation

One exciting development from 2025 was the expansion of our Escalate Series. Designed specifically for educational environments, this series offers bases built to withstand the physical demands of daily use while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.

Spring Clip

This expansion features multiple adjustable height options, including a spring clip table base designed with a durable 2 ¾” square column and a 1 ½” x 3” main bar. Nylon knock-in end caps are available in silver and black finishes, providing visual appeal that complements our wide range of finish options.

The Escalate Series represents our continued focus on functional design, longevity, and thoughtful details that enhance the learning environment.

Sales Sheets.New Sales Resources

Throughout the year, we added new sales sheets and videos to our Resources Page to support our customers and partners. The new sales sheets provide quick-reference guides for popular product series such as the Flip Top mechanism, Numa-Lift, and Genu-options.

Additionally, various videos were introduced to highlight select products, accessories, and customizable options, making it easier to explore our table base solutions and understand how they work.

Fillmore County 2025 Best Place to WorkWorkplace Recognition

While production orders and on-time shipping continued to be a strong focus throughout the year, one of the most meaningful achievements came from our employees.

Valley Design was honored to be named Best Place to Work in Fillmore County, a recognition that was only possible thanks to employee votes. This award reflects the dedication, expertise, and teamwork of our staff, whose commitment makes our success possible. Our employees’pride in Valley Design continues to be one of our greatest strengths.

Sharing Tree 2025 Group PictureCommunity Giving: The Sharing Tree

The 18th Annual Sharing Tree marked a record-breaking year thanks to the generosity of our employees. This year, we donated more than $16,500, collected 5,714 pounds of non-perishable food items, and sponsored 30 children in Fillmore County.

These efforts made the 2025 Sharing Tree one of our most successful yet and a meaningful reminder of the impact our employees make on our local community.

Paint Program Preparations

Behind the scenes, our team worked hard to prepare an extensive update to our paint program’s offerings. This is our first comprehensive review since 2020, evaluating existing finishes and thoughtfully selecting new color palettes.

As a result, our new paint program introduced 16 new finishes, highlighting nature-inspired tones, sophisticated metallics, energizing bold hues, and versatile neutrals. While some finishes, including Neutral Light, Auburn Gray, Carbon Metallic, Platinum Texture, and Steel, along with brushed chrome plating, were discontinued. These exciting new paint options became available January 1, 2026.

Looking Ahead

As we continue to prioritize quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction, we are excited for 2026, which marks Valley Design’s 40th year in business. With four decades of industry experience, growth, and innovation behind us, 2026 will be an opportunity to reflect on how far we’ve come while continuing to look ahead towards the future.
